Ferm Living is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible and user friendly for everyone. We work continuously to improve accessibility and follow recognized international accessibility standards that reflect expectations in the relevant countries. This includes principles consistent with the European Accessibility Act, which establishes common requirements for accessible digital services across EU member states.

Known accessibility issues

Based on an external audit by the Danish Safety Technology Authority, we are aware of certain accessibility issues that we are actively working to improve. These primarily concern features related to keyboard navigation, focus indicators, and screen reader support in certain areas of the website.

In addition, a dialogue has been initiated with Shopify regarding a specific finding in the checkout process, where error messages were not consistently detected by screen readers in the authority’s test environment.

We are working to validate and resolve these issues and expect ongoing improvements as fixes are implemented.
