Shipping
Due to the Danish Constitution day on June 5th, the office and warehouse will be closed. Orders will be shipped again from June 8th, and minor delays may occur.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
All customers paying by credit card will, however, be subject to validation controls and Ferm Living reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.
In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please fill out our claim form here.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) by phone or via email and we will do our best to complete your request.

Please note, if your order has already been processed at the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot stop the shipment.
If you want to make changes to your order, it’s only possible to delete goods. We cannot add items, as the amount from the payment process may not be exceeded after your approval of the amount. If your order has already been processed, we can’t make any changes.
An address change is not always possible, and cannot be guaranteed after an order has been packed at our warehouse.
When ordering furniture or larger goods, they will be shipped with a special courier to your delivery address.
The parcel will be delivered to the curb, and if this is not possible then as close to your delivery address as possible. You are responsible for getting the delivery from the curb into your home.
This service does not include removal of any packaging materials nor pallets.
We do not offer white glove delivery.
All customers within EU will be contacted by email regarding the time of delivery. You can choose delivery within the next three coming weekdays between 07.00-17.00. Please make sure to be home at the address upon delivery.
If you happen not to be home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, please contact us for further assistance.
For customers from Norway, UK, Andorra, Albania, Kazakhstan, Lichtenstein, Malta, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey & Ukraine, you will be contacted by phone and can arrange time of delivery directly with the shipping company.
We ship worldwide.

If you place your order before 1PM it will be shipped the same day.
Free delivery is only offered for orders with a total value exceeding EUR 150 and exclusively to delivery addresses within the European Union (EU), with the exception of Cyprus and Malta.
Please note that bulky items are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of the order value.
Standard shipping rates will apply to orders being shipped to destinations outside the EU and those that do not meet the minimum order value.
This policy is in place due to the additional costs of international shipping, customs, and handling fees.
Selected countries can choose express delivery, for an extra fee.
We do not provide express delivery on furniture and larger items, as well as deliveries outside the EU/UK/NO/CH.
Orders shipped within the European Union, UK and Norway are not subject to additional duties or taxes.
Shipments sent to destinations outside the EU/UK/NO may be subject to local customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that Ferm Living cannot influence or predict these fees, as they are determined by the destination country. For guidance, we suggest reaching out to your local customs authority.
